One night in Perpignan, South of France before cross to Spain

We stayed in Perpignan for one nite before catch train to Spain.

Honestly, there is nothing special in Perpignan. We reached here at train station in the afternoon, then finding a tourist office which is v.v. far away (in town). It can say that the office’s located near attraction places, which is good??!!.

We never sit more than hour at hotel really haha, after found a local one, put stuffs behind, and sit for take a breath. We were out again to find the tourist office. As i told it is such a long distance to find one, so better to leave heavy stuffs before doing next.

We went to the office, see what we were able to do in half day. And what we never missed is exploring the city. Unfortunately, it was on Sunday, shops all closed. I just took some fotos of town …. just that.

PS. that day i were better from bad behaved (still but less haha), coz of my frd’s words. thx to her : )

Two nights in Nîmes, South of France

Next day we took TGV train from central of paris headed to Nîmes. I had no idea, also never heard the city name before but its good isnt it to visit the unknown place. On the TGV train … yea still not understand, confused, curious .. etc. haha. Here you see me laugh but on that day its not funny at all, a bit sad actually : )

We stayed at Novotel for two nights. After kept bags and stuffs, we went outside to explore near and around. OMG! It is such a lovely city. I just love the white town, the street, the shops, and stuffs in shops really hehe. Nah i didnt buy any from here :p.

Only half day, we visited many interesting places. Never tired walk and see things especially take a ton of fotos. Happy time anyway though.

Day 2, we bought 1 day trip, a tour package to the walled Medieval city of Aigues Mortes and Pont du Gard.

We walked thru every alley within the small village, long strolling anyway. mmm Yea such a lovely one. it has like two layers in the city. Inner layer is a small quiet village, they are all old building with lovely decoration. Outside is lively with colourful market, cafe, reastaurant and crownd.

Pont du Gard, my favourite one. it was very stunning, incredible human creature thing haha. How big it is!! It is a very beautiful and wonderful HUGE bridge (just realised that its shown on a euro coin as well).

This was what my another good day, tomorrow we will move to another city in south of france.

Two nights in Paris

It was the first time travelling outside the UK. Here I am in Paris, France. I was there in the evening, sunshine still here in summer. The city wasnt what i ever thought. Paris is not a lively city ……

We were in Paris for two nites, the hotel i booked so cute and not far from each attraction place.

We started travelling on 29 Jul. The Lourve was the first visit, requested by me : ) Actually i never think about Lourve museum before, even i really like the Da vinci code books (rather than movie absolutely).

Well! it is a huge one. we walked for at least 3 hrs WOW .. painting, statuary, history of art in every continient is here in short, and yes! the Monalisa one : )

She is absolutely stunning!! I really impressed with her smile, forgot she on book, tv, media, etc… it is totally different. what a pity! i cant get thru crowd of people over there freezing in front of her foto.

i can only use my camera zoom as much as i can to bring her out of frame, and this is what i got. Ya! as i told.. you have to look at her smile by yourself ; )

Whats next! we took bus tour hop on-off many places. well! yea i very much enjoyed taking photos, but somthing went wrong haha. Just little thing made me curious, and not understand … although it was clear on that nite but next day, me still think about it, and still not understand haha. well now i not even find the answer .. just let it go.

opps almost forgot the dinner on second day, we had on cruise just a wee meal 1 and half hrs along the Seine river.

Lovely Bath city and the Great Bath

Day 3 trip, the Great Bath is one of our highlight destination. After we took a rest at the hotel for one day, next day we visited the Great Bath. It is not far from Bardford on Avon where I stayed. We reached to Bath by GPS, and parked the car in the city. It was Sunday so we can park car without fee but we just realised it after got the ticket …

Yes! the apperance looks great, the big building was covered the great roman bath. We entered to the bath, got big phone but not much listened to history or information of each point. Most of time spending with taking photos.

Walking thru downstair to meet a mini museum but a bit zigzag. I took time to find out the exit way to the spa outside. Here I took many pictures of me and my friend, and you can find me in the photo how happy I am.

Above is the building picture that reflects on the water. The water in the picture seems to be clear, but it isnt. I am not sure how they can manage or change the water or it is natural water from the rock below. Mmm I wanna know how deep is the water.

Big Stonehenge

It was day 4, the sky was still very clear during this easter holidays. Our next visit was the Stonehenge in Salisbury. It is not far from Bradford on Avon where my hotel is. We drove thru the destination by GPS telling, about one and half we reached the big stone.

We got lost the way to entry but it was lucky. I took the first 3 pictures outside the fence. I got beautiful shot from the corner of the road and didn’t forget to take the jumping photos of my friends.

I looked at the stone called stonehenge and listend to story of each point via big phone while I was thinking that . . . actually this is just the BIG stone!!
